Hey Todd, Thanks for the quick reply! It's definitely not fluorescents. It reoccurs at several points--always with blown out highlights coming from the sun. I suspect it may be the autofocus on the DV

I installed the latest version of Avid Codecs LE. I can make DNxHD files wrapped as Quicktimes. The problem is that in the codec settings dropdown, 1080p60 and 1080p59.94 are not available as options.
