Not sure if behavior has changed since 2008 but as of today on Adobe Premiere Pro v6.0 holding "Alt + Arrow key" doesn't work but holding "Command + Arrow key" does work. Hope this helps.

Dave, you're absolutely right. It's a studio full of PC's, and they're afraid of compression because they assume it's gonna look like crap. I'm gonna take their large files and convert them to ProRes

Yeah, I know about that and I've tried playing with the settings but whenever I choose 24p everything becomes very dark.

If CYMK is checked, than your already in CYMK mode. Also, upsizing to 300ppi is not the same as creating it in 300ppi to begin with. You should always attempt to create your art in the correct resolut
