mixed settings

I am working on some animations that will be delivered 1080i, 29.97 uncompressed Tiff quicktimes. I am scaling them down to 720x486 anamorphic to give to the offline editor. I am doing quick HD review

I was just wondering if there was something inherently wrong with what I was doing. As I mentioned, Final Cut was not working with those DVCProHD animations and I was thinking that maybe this was the

I am in someone else's HD suite with all the latest stuff....newest mac, newest final cut, new Kona card, new g-tech raid, 8GB RAM. I know that they have previously had a successful final cut pro edit

I had previously been using my Decklink HD Pro card with the 4.8 driver on a mac with OSX 3.2.8. I was able to set up my After Effects 6.5 video preview preferences to play to a separate CRT broadcast

and to save you some time, if you need an alpha channel, dont try to render it embedded as RGBA. even though it lets you choose the option, it doesnt work. you have to render a separate QT if you need
