If Apple was doing a new Mac Pro it would have been out months ago. They had first dibs on new processor releases from intel from the get go. My bet is on iMac only hardware from here on.

I'm fairly certain you can't unless I'm missing some aspect of Audition that I've never had to use. With that being said... it doesn't give you an advantage logically. Once that signal hits your sound
