You might want to go ahead and post part 2 as well, because both might be tied into the same issue. That said, I've never experienced Premiere or Audition moving files around where I didn't expect.

Twixtor's an OK solution, but has the best results when you don't view it full screen. More often than not, I can see the warping in the picture when viewing it in a larger window than just the defaul
