I too am looking at this solution, more so as a way of going from a mixer to the camera via wireless. If you are going to use the lav mics, I would replace the actually mic with a higher quality one f

to answer the first question, the only thing fcp says is different is audio( little endian instead of the usual big endian) so I'm pretty stumped.

I just did the exact same thing! is that a bad setting I compressed it out and it was 5 gigs! can some of the experts look at the settings and see what they think i don't use dvdsp as much as fcp, so
