The warning only appears when you try to use a new preferences file with an old version of the software (or open a new project file with an old version of the software). It appears that you are mixing

By default ProAnimator uses UV mapping which means that for the sides, the map starts at the lowest point on the object and wraps counterclockwise around the surface of the side until it gets back to
