Hi George, So nice to hear from you. I did look more closely at Encore CS3, and it indicates that SCC files can be used for closed captioning, but these have to be created "using a third party caption

Hi Malcolm. As you will note below from your email of a couple of years back, you made mention of InfoEdit as offering a way of correcting the 4:3 menus created in DVD Workshop (Ulead) to 16:9 menus.
