Apparently, as this sinks in, I am no longer just an audio person. What this means is that I still bring my audio chops to any project, but I'm now being hire to help grip and gaff and consult with on the picture. I really enjoy that sort of problem solving.

I don't think the BMC outputs SMPTE Timecode, so you can't sync directly with the camera. Plural Eyes is your friend. Otherwise, you could try the "poor man's timecode" method of running an external T

Forgot about the 702, sorry. You can set the XLR inputs on the 702 to mic level also. One important thing to keep in mind before you start plugging things together is to RTFM's to familiarize yourself

If the cable on the 44B is long enough to allow you to be at the proper distance than that's the way to go. Simple & uncomplicated. Just remember to unclip the mic after the interview before you move.
