The render files go in the events and projects folders on the separate drive. What size drive Full size or laptop drive Laptop drive can be 5400. Full size drive should be 7200. 8MB cache, but I think

If you're exporting to QuickTime Movie using a standard format, you might check that your output preferences in system settings aren't set to a 2G file limit or a turned on in some way. All the best,
