You can drag a sequence from a bin onto the preview window. That will allow you to treat it as a clip and then you can edit into another sequence. You just can't edit it into itself. :) Good Luck! TC

It sounds like you don't have an audio track that is the same as your source. First edit, try making your in & out points in your source monitor, then from the bin, drag that clip down to the new item

In PPro, go to File menu, go to Adobe Dynamic Link, select Import after Effects Composition. If the AE project was created in an old version of AE, you may need to open it in AE and resave. Good Luck!

Not sure what the Videoguys will tell you, but if you are doing video color grading, you don't want a cheap TN LCD panel that can't represent colors correctly. Try looking for some of the IPS panels.
