I would say that your best bet would be 2 HDDs. One for your OS and programs, the other for media. If you do a lot of editing, I woud go with the i7 if you can squeeze it into the budget. Good Luck! T

XP You could get XXClone (free) and clone the drive. I've successfully used XXClone on several XP systems. There is an option for making your cloned drive bootable as well. For XP I find this easiest.

Todd isn't too far off... it will run CS5, but you may want to add some RAM if you are planning on sticking with that system. Not much else you can do to upgrade an iMac, except buy a new one. TC
