In PP, you do not even have to do that much. Simply create a 25P timeline and adjust your clip using the "speed duration" setting when you right click on it in the timeline. Set the speed to 50% and y

You're shooting on a 15k+ camera. Don't cheap out on your light. Get a light panel or sony hvl lbp. You should get a dimmable light 5500k and some small gels and diffusion. Best of luck! Chris

I used to have one of the 126 LED ones mentioned above but the Z96 (http: shop.ebay.com i.html _nkw=Z96+led&_sacat=0&_odkw=Z96&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313) is much better build quality nicer
