If you haven't messed up with the file frame rates then your problem is a bad dolly slider not so smooth operator. You might want to try the Warp Stabilizer plugin to smooth it out.

H264 is still a bit tough codec to encode. The bottleneck just might be your computer. A 3 hour encode on a 1 hour movie isn't that impossible.

Encore will transcode your files into standard definition if you try to make a DVD. If you wan't an HD disc you need to get a blu-ray burner and make a blu-ray.

Neue seems to have way more glyphs and special letters ( etc) so it would be better if you have a project where you have a bunch of foreign names.
