You might try importing them properly using File Import DVD Camcorder Disc. I agree with Danny that using uncompressed is overkill. Just leave them as MPEG2 and Vegas might smart-render them for secti

I am using the LCD4Video.com 7-inch HDTV monitor on my Sony Z1's. They were $250 on the NAB floor, and once in a while you an get them for that on their site. The monitor is pretty good for what it is

Thanks. It's not a stinger, but close. It was one short word, and it's been bugging me for weeks. A stinger is usually 4 or 8 beats, and the three-tone NBC identifier is a lot shorter than that. Steve
