The difference between PAL and SECAM is the way the colour information is encoded in the composite signal. That's done by the camera, not the tape. If the tape is marked VHS-C PAL SECAM then it's fair

Uh quite simple finally, it looks fine exporting with "quicktime movie" instead of "using quck time conversion". Cool, I was just using the wrong export.

I was burning DVD copies of a documentary yesterday and today, I needed to burn a few more, so I dragged my ".img" file into the dic utility and hit burn and also burned through DVDSP, and all the DVD
