For 10-bit DPX you lose 2 bits per pixel since 30 bits are stored in 32 bits. So size is 1920*1080*4+8192, about 8.x MB.

You need to be on 10.8.2 Mountain Lion for OpenCL with ATI cards. If you want to continue with 10.6.8, NVIDIA card will work, but 10.6.8 is not a supported version anymore, but it it known to work sti

If you are using a Decklink card for monitoring, try the optimized mode in the Video Monitoring section. It might be also worth switching the video monitoring to 8-bit to see if that helps. Lastly, I
