The print you should scan as linear, most film scanners will by default scan positives as linear. And you just need a print emulation LUT for grading for film out, talk to the lab with the film record

If it is light grey I think that means it is the original HD-Link which is dual link but only 8-bit output and I don't think it was 2K capable just 1080. Also you might have to adjust some of the HD-L
