Premiere Pro unfortunately doesn't have network rendering. However, After Effects does. If you have the Production or Master collection that includes Dynamic link, you can import the Premiere project

I agree. I am using TIFF plates and getting the same problem. Fiddling with the decontamination settings can sometimes help. www.robneal.co.uk
