(Make sure the Auto Select button is on for that video track.) That'll bring up all of the original source tracks

So if you opened the project then chenged the set settings they will not be implicated directly. Or maybe you down converted. randy

Then try to open that in FCP 4, which I believe can open XML files (not sure when that capability was introduced)
