Click on the video clip for which you what to match-up the audio, and hit the "f" key. (Make sure the Auto Select button is on for that video track.) That'll bring up all of the original source tracks

Your current settings are only effected on new sequences. So if you opened the project then chenged the set settings they will not be implicated directly. Or maybe you down converted. randy

I think you meant to post this in a Final Cut Pro forum. This is for the server, which doesn't edit -- it just manages the media.

You may be able to open it in FCP 5.x and export it as XML 1.0. Then try to open that in FCP 4, which I believe can open XML files (not sure when that capability was introduced)

You most likely accidentally toggled the Alpha setting on. Go to View Channels RGB and you should have your footage back. -Noaqh
