You need to export an xml out of Resolve, not fcp! Go to your graded (and exported) timeline in the conform page, rightclick and export xml. You can now open that in FCP. Editor Colorist, Amsterdam, T

I don't think there's a 'fast' way to deal with this. What I would do is hit matchframe on the last frame of the speed up clip and put a locater on the source clip position. Go back to first frame of

No, actually you can continue with your transcoded sequence, edit again with ama media. When you're finished you can transcode again and avid will only transcode the ama media. I do this all the time.

Save for the "Auto Color," you'll need to balance your image "manually" using the lift gamma gain controls and referencing the waveforms. This could be a great way to learn Davinci anyway!

I agree with Christopher. The wheels do feel better on the euphonix. But I think the Wave is more suited for people that are starting as a colorist, having to learn a lot and memorize a lot already. e
