Can't move graphics or blocks freely with cursor

For some reason I now can only move graphics or objects with the arrows. I can't grab with the mouse and move them freely or quickly. This is a slow, painful process. I can't figure out what is causin

I think you are correct. I guess I best uninstall and do a complete re-install. Thanks for sticking with me and trying to help. I appreciate it.
