The step that was missed was converting the PSD file to RGB format before import. Our graphic artist never did this and RED rejected the file. Although it may be obvious to other users, this is a BIG

The Windows Display setting in the Appearance tab (Advanced - Item: Selected Item)does change the high-light color in a Windows folder, BUT not the selected item in the Avid bin. Am I doing something
