Hey Mick, The DV-Cam and HD-Cam are two very different signals, so the initial answer would be no. Depending on the model of the M-2000, you may be able to "loop" the signal through the VTR into NLE.

Hey Keith, 29.97 & 59.94 is effectively the same frame-rate. However, different manufactures have different ways of illustrating it + you have the added complication of frame or field based recording.
