Your settings look good and mpeg streamclip can get the job done. One thing neither MPEG streamclip nor FCPX's share to youtube doesn't do is give you the option for fast start and compressed header.

I'm having a similar problem except with just one camera angle. I have 1 audio track and 5 clips. I suppose I can get around it by having 5 synced clips, but that seems silly.
