You will want to make your Flash movie set to 100% in the browser. You can have your Flash content not scale by setting "no scale" in the publish settings. Then you can scale up your video object.

Yes I second that. You want to avoid double-compressing your files. It will add artifacts and quality loss. Straight out from FCP is the ticket. If you have to do it another way try a lossless codec l

Ha! Yes I agree they were bad. I believe that it does come with new skins and the ability to amek your won. Not 100% positive though.
