The Blackmagic Cinema Camera is going to be a HUGE seller (it was already back-ordeded over 1,000 units during NAB) so I would imagine there will be a way to cut the RAW shots in Vegas - though like A

That's when I first used it too. Back in 2000 i think , I saw a Vegas 2 demo at the DV Expo in Long Beach and was really freaked out. Vegas was the first NLE to have realtime dissolves etc with DV foo

Is it crashing at a certain point in the timeline or just crashes right away I've had Vegas crash at the exact same spot and had to replace the files in the area of the crash and through trial and err

If you go to Apple site and download a variety of trailers and play them back frame by frame, looking at show length and especially how sound and visual transitions are built. You'll see single frames

After cutting your video, when you export are you exporting all of the streams It takes some time to export share 7 streams. Is there a way to include only the angle that were cut to during the export
