by Ken Ecker 5 years ago

I thought I did select 'move all atributes', but just tried it again and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much Darby and Dave for the quick responses. Ken.

by Jason Boucher 5 years ago
I'm still have a very slow render time for this CS3 project. Many have pointed out that HD is such a huge file that of course it would take a long time. i get that, but how long is too long 83 frames

I've been doing this a lot lately. I'd highly recommend buying Automatic Duck Pro Import AE. Edit in FCP, export the xml for work in AE, then finish there. It's one less step of potential compression.
Greenscreen floor

Hello, I shot some well lit, easily keyable greenscreened DVCProHD footage. My issue is with the floor (which was level and hard when it was shot). I would think that building a solid, and eyeballing

That makes total sense Steve, thanks. It was a silly habit not to rethink the fact that actor should be a 2D layer. Thanks a lot Steve.
buliding a 3D house

So, after watching Andrew Kramer's 3D room tutorial, I was curious as to the possibilities of building a 3d house. Obviously it would take a bit more work (ie you'd have to create every wall in PS ad

The possibilities with this type of thing are pretty much endless. If you really want to take it to the next level, investigate camera projection. I think Andrew did a tutorial, and it's also in Mark

There's a section in the particular controls called visibility. In there, you can set an 'obscuration layer' which will let you choose which layers appear in front of others.
How do you get a t_wipegloworange to wait 10 seconds?
by Imhere460 6 years ago
I want the thing to wait for 10 seconds and not right away. Can someone tell me how to do this please
Re: How do you get a t_wipegloworange to wait 10 seconds?

Well, you could duplicate it and move the layer down the timeline, keyframing the opacities. Also, there's a time factor in the physics section. I'm new to particular, but it looks like you can alter
Particular 2d/3d

Hello, I've built a variation of the ipod nano light streaks, a la Andrew Kramer's tutorial. Rotating the camera around the streaks shows me it's in 3d, but when I try to drop a 3d element in the comp
