What makes you say that It works fine for me, no jaggies whatsoever. Perhaps you just need to familiarize yourself with the various properties, or perhaps you are working with too low of a resolution

You can do this in Photoshop or in Illustrator, but there are countless other programs that have similar features, such as those in the AcDSee lineup. But I would suggest Photoshop or Illustraotr as y
