I make my own BluRays, more or less from the FCP timeline and maybe a supplied ac3 from a mixing house. You can also send a ProRes master, HDCam, or whatever a mastering duplication centre prefers. Ge

This seems to be a bug in the XML re-write. Open the (Resolve) XML file (text editor) and check the status of NTSC (true or false) and change that value -- I think to "true" and you should get 23.98 w
