This happens to me all the time. It has something to do with the clipboard data. When you copy something to the clip board in AE after Mocha is opened, for some reason copying to clipboard from Mocha

The majority of projects I have worked on over the years have included higher frame rates. It's called over-cranking. Just saying..., doesn't it depend on the scene and the playback of that scene and
