The direct way: Buy an assortment of theatrical gels in the blue cyan range. Hold in front of projector. Pick best look. Add sticky tape or clips to hold in place. Commercial gel media is clean enough

I'd don't think this was suggested: Use your keyed FG layer as a track matte for an un-altered, un-keyed FG layer. Still might have to fuss with some shadows, though. -Jeff

Take into consideration where the monitor will be placed: you don't want a 47" if you have to put it 24" from your eyes. Eye-to-eye separation is a combination of image size AND distance from viewer.

I believe chromatic aberration would not be exhibited in that way. What you have looks more like moire artifacts from compression, i.e., I don't think a new lens would help. -Jeff

Often overlooked: QuickTime using PNG compression. Or PNG file sequences. A little slow to work with (compared to say, uncompressed TIFF image sequences), but robust and lossless. -Jeff

S-VHS is a 2-signal format: Luma + Chroma, or Y + Y C (if I remember correctly). Not RGB. I'm not sure if your Kona board has any analog inputs, you may need to find a device that converts S-video to
