Jay Burgess you seam to have a problem. I've been you spot before too. Since casting shadows it soo hard it very hard for you computer to do. My best suggestion is to break up you video into little nu

Never mind. I knew it would be something simple. The canvas was sized to fit window instead of 100% thus making it 132% which makes the text look blurry.

No reason you couldn't do this in Motion - just add shape or generator as a ground plane, set it to receive shadows only, add a light and tell it to cast shadows. -- Mark Spencer Freelance Producer Ed
