Automatically displace clips when dragging another clip in between?

As the title says. For example, in WMM, if you drag one clip in between 2 other clips, the clip you drag will displace the 2 other clips so it is in between those 2 clips. I can't figure out how to do

Thanks, that works! I do wish there was some toggleable feature that would make it so it always does that, but oh well.
