It's called chromatic aberration, there are some plug-ins out there that can do it. Internally, you can tweak a few layers inside After Effects to achieve it. And yes, Twitch can do it.

Witout seeing an image of your project is hard to guess. Maybe you need to learn better to tweak those tools or maybe your footage calls for manual rotoscoping.

You can google for scripts that allow you to change a password in a text file, but that's not very secure. A better practice is to use a database. For that you'll need to be sure what kind of database

You can change the speed of the footage to aprox 125% I believe in Final Cut you select your clip and go to the menu Modify Speed You won't have any audio, but you should be able to sync.
