You, sir, are a genius. That's exactly what the problem was. I wasn't sure if the syndicators would be mac compatible so I formatted the drive to FAT32. That you surmised this from my post is nothing

Cheers, but we ended up finding a fix - none of the distort tools were working but fortunately we were able to cut a couple of inches off the front forks and push the front wheel up closer to the bike
