This is so easy. If you need a 5K delivery, edit everything in 5K When you are sone duplicate the sequence. Change the sequence settings to 1920x1080, FCP X does the rest for you. Export a 1920x 1080

The metronome will be your friend when you want to line these tracks up. I would ask the musicians to use a count in and start from the head of the track each time and record the longest pieces first.

You might be best to go with a CANON or nikon mount. As to lenses. The stills lenses will be less expensive so maybe a short zoom and a longer zoom. I'd say a Nikon 24-70 F2.8 is a good all round lens

Just checked, if you paste into viewer, it holds source formating (done in Pages). If you paste into inspector, in Text tab, it holds destination formating (set up in your Motion template)
