It will never look like regular 24FPS. You have captured 72FPS at a specific shutter angle. You can get it back to 24 only by removing frames. You might want to use FCP X, or Shake's optical flow feat

Just checked, if you paste into viewer, it holds source formating (done in Pages). If you paste into inspector, in Text tab, it holds destination formating (set up in your Motion template)
