Have you tried just using the point tracker to do the stabilize I don't think the artifacts are caused by rolling shutter. I think that it might be the warp stabilizer that's introducing them. --- con

Try rebuilding the setting from scratch. Sometimes changes in how Episode handles the settings require the settings to be rebuilt. I'd also run File Restore Templates first.
