yes, Color Profile Converter. obvously, the h.264 is the culprit. did you reimport it back into AE to see if you could match it up there's 2 different kinds, 0-255 and 16-235 rec709 color management.

if your mouse software doesn't support it, you can still create a custom keyboard shortcut then map it to the mouse buttons scroll wheel with the easy to use autohotkey. it would send a fake keyboard

can you try slowing 50% then taking that render and ingesting again for more slowdown. Sometimes it creates nicer results than trying to warp all at once.

premiere doesn't support color management. To get it to play nicely, you have to burn in the same color management you set your monitor to with AE's color profile converter.
