You can make a custom sequence size. Probably what's happening is that your imported material is being scaled to fit the timeline and is not in the same aspect ratio as your sequence. All the best, To

You actually don't need to actually burn format the actual disc. You can just Build it and then open the VIDEO_TS folder in the DVD Player application and select Show Closed Captioning from the menu.P
