Sounds like a traditional offline online situation. Formats isn't as much of a prob as frame rate. Do you have all sorts of frame rates to work with, 29.97, 24N, 60p, etc If it's just a matter of form

I did have this CC issues yesterday where the CC file wouldn't show up for a Mpeg2 stream but it would show up on the full rez QT movie file. Both have TC starting at 00:00:00:00. Don't know why that

I forgot to mention, if you do the typing in of number of frames or whatever that you want to move forward or back, you can type "+18" to go forward 18 frames, but to go back, you have to type "+-18"
