Click on a track that you need. From the File menu chose "Export Item Description. Close your project. Open new project. From the file menu import track description you just exported. Add your menus (

Hi Robert, Honestly it is a shit. I have sped things up considerably, but I'm still very very unimpressed with the result. IF ONLY, it had been constructed in Premier or some other more robust program
