No. If you render out your animation from Maya that plug-in generates the depth map which creates the stereoscopic views, when viewed on a 3d monitor give you a 3d video without the need for glasses.

If you want to keep it vector art just go to SAve as and choose pdf and leave everything clicked on in the options. Vector art doen't have a dpi becuase it's basedon mathematical points, called vector

I believe you can do that right in Illustrator. You just pick a style you'd like your frame to be stroked with. I think there's a rope in there.

I usually start out with a layer that I've filled with 50% black. Then I duplicate one of the channels and use that as a mask to brighten or darken areas. Then I do a gaussian blur to soften it a bit

So apparently you can now bring a CMYK file into After Effects without getting an error message...But you can't render the files out as CMYK What gives Adobe
