That is because the multiplexer (device that outputs to single file) is default off for BD and DVD. For Youtube choose one of the presets. They are under the H.264 format in the export settings. -----

Codec packs mess up your system. Only way to get rid of is to do a clean instal starting with Windows. Never install a codec pack, just the codec you need like e.g mjpeg or cineform. -----------------

Photoshop does not correct the pixel aspect ratio that is for viewing only. Images always have square pixels. If you want to print the 1440x1080 screendump you will have to change the resolution to 19

A slip of the tongue i guess but the effects you are describing are called Fixed Effects. Transform effects are Camera View, Crop, Edge Feather etc.
