You're not going to screw anything up by staying in FCPX; there's no unrecoverable Library situation. At the very worst you can still show package contents for a library and manually manage your media

When you create a multiclip, it has to conform to a particular frame rate. It sounds like it's conforming to 30fps. Cam 1 is 29.97 which is not the same frame rate so therefore the TC will be slightly
