Steady now. You have ruined the quality by picking the DV codec. Open and edit in MPEG Streamclip (free app on the web) and then, and only then, when you have what you need, demux in this amazing app

it's telling you there is an asset which pushes you over the limit. Is your audio too large It should be an ac3 file. Cheers Alexander
