You can also use a magic mouse or other horizontal vertical scrolling mouse on windows as well as mac. Horizontal Vertical scrolling via multi axis input works on mac win. Pinching however is mac only

Hi Dave... Thanks... I'm aware of AME. I will probably end up working that into pipeline... AE is great for formatting spots out based on scripting. Something we're doing now laboriously in our NLE's.

Brrrriinnnnggg! I have heard that with lion the cudadriver-4.1.29-macos works well, but the 4.2.5 breaks things. Check in your System Prefs to see which one you are running and replace it if need be.
